The Franklin County Clerk is one of the elected officials provided by the Washington State Constitution with specific duties assigned by statute and court rules. The office is responsible for processing and managing all Superior Court records and financial transactions, including Juvenile Court and Civil Commitment matters. Additionally, support staff are provided for 6 Superior Court Judges and 3 Court Commissioners. The office is committed to all relevant laws, rules and policies relating to judicial and administrative procedures. Support services are provided to the Superior Court, law and justice community, as well as the general public.
