Franklin County maintains a “Small Works Roster” of contractors and/or businesses who are eligible to submit proposals for various projects and services.

The Small Works Roster is used for Public Works Contracts (projects with labor associated) which may not exceed $200,000, including tax; and Capital Purchases (materials, supplies or equipment not connected to a public works project) in an amount between $2,500 and $25,000.

The small works roster list is comprised of contractors and businesses who are properly licensed and registered to perform such work in the State of Washington.

Franklin County invites all interested contractors and businesses to submit an application.

Applications must be re-submitted EVERY 3 YEARS to remain on the roster.

SPECIAL NOTICE
Franklin County publishes the “official” public notice for the Small Works Roster in the County’s legal newspaper every February and August.

The entire Small Works Roster was deleted August 13, 2004 and a new roster was created August 16, 2004. The roster will be deleted and re-created every three years.

Before contracting, Franklin County may require additional information such as: statement of qualifications, insurance requirements, performance bond, etc.

Applications must be re-submitted EVERY 3 YEARS to remain on the roster.
