Following are the Coroner Statistics for Franklin County for the year 2007. The Coroner's Office does not respond to every death in the county but only those that state statute gives this office jurisdiction. That is why the total number of deaths occuring in the County as reported by the Health Department is more than the total handled by the Coroner's Office.
