District
Court Probation, under the jurisdiction of District Court
provides community supervision to adult offenders.
We supervise cases involving felony reductions, gross misdemeanors,
such as domestic violence assault, and serious traffic violations
involving driving under the influence and other misdemeanors.
We also provide supervision for DUI Deferred Prosecution and
Felony Diversion Program. This department also monitors community
service, cases involving restitution and runs a full time
work crew program.
