Can I turn in an application at any time?
No, applications are only accepted for open positions.

How do I find out about open positions?
Open positions will be posted on the web site, in the Franklin County Graphic, as well as on the bulletin board inside the front doors of the Courthouse.

What are the hours the Courthouse is open?
The Franklin County Courthouse is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Courthouse is closed for Holidays.

How can I find out more about Franklin County?
The Franklin County Website offers alot of information regarding Franklin County offices.

If I turned in an application for an open job; how long will Franklin County keep my application?
Franklin County will keep applications for open positions 1 year from the date of closing of that position.

Can I turn in my application and resume by email?
Franklin County would prefer that the application and resume are mailed or brought in to the Courthouse.

When a job closes on a certain date and I mail my resume on that date; will Franklin County accept the postmark with the closing date?
No. If a job closes on a specific date all applications need to be turned in or received by that date.

Can I apply for an IN-HOUSE posting?
Only current Franklin County Employees may apply for an IN-HOUSE posting.
