• Request for Proposal 2012 Digital Orthophotography

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to receive proposals for the selection of Contractor(s) to provide professional services for Benton and Franklin Counties on the 2012 Digital Orthophotography Project. Even though the RFP is for both Counties, the contracts shall be negotiated and awarded separately.

This project will include the following key components:

       Aerial Photography

       Ground Control

       Aerial Triangulation

       DEM/TIN Enhancement

       Digital Orthophotography

Submittals to be received by 4:00 P.M. on Friday, June 17, 2011.

The Franklin County Public Works Department, hereby notifies all Contractors that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposal/bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
