Franklin County Public Works is inviting and requesting bid proposals for CRP 609 / Basin City Alternative Transportation Route Improvement. The project provides for the work of removing sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter; constructing new ADA compliant cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk and curb ramps; installing pedestrian push-button activated solar powered rectangular rapid flash beacon (RRFB) for pedestrian crossing, permanent traffic signage; removing and replacing fence; removing painted traffic markings and installing thermoplastic traffic markings and other related work. This project is located at the intersection of R-170 and Bailie Boulevard (located in the Basin City) in Section 23, Township 13 N., Range 29 E, WM (46.590993, -119.155249).

This project provides for the construction of widening existing gravel shoulders and slope flattening for approximately 2.6 miles along Taylor Flats Road and other related work. This project is approximately 3.0 miles north of the intersection of I-182 and Road 68 (located in the City of Pasco) beginning in Section 33, Township 10 N., Range 29 E., WM.
