CRP 593 - Road 100 / Dent Road Extension, Phase 2
RAP No. 1006-01
This contract consists of the following:
- -The extension of Broadmoor Blvd. (1.02 miles of new roadway) from its existing terminus, 0.45 miles north of the Broadmoor Blvd. and Sandifur Parkway intersection, to its new terminus at Dent Road.
- -The reconstruction of Easy Street (1.0 miles) from Dent Road to Fanning Road.
- -The construction of Powerline Road (1.10 miles of new roadway) from Dent Road to Broadmoor Blvd.

- -The construction of portions of the intersections at Dent Road, Easy Street, Fanning Road, and Columbia River North Road.
The work consists of clearing and grubbing, removing asphalt concrete pavement, excavation and embankment compaction, culvert pipe installation, crushed surfacing, bituminous surface treatment, paving with hot mix asphalt, illumination system, erosion control, and other related work. In addition, the work involves relocating a section of irrigation main pipe, replacing of 4-inch diameter water main and relocation of water service.
