The Board of Franklin County Commissioners is inviting written proposals for Catering Companies interested in providing catering services at TRAC Center during public and private events and services thereto for the TRAC Center.
The catering provider will be expected to manage and run all aspects of events that require food be served as part of the event. The catering provider will be solely responsible for maintenance and upkeep to the TRAC Center kitchen located inside the TRAC Center. The County will only provide electricity and water to the kitchen.
The catering provider selected in response to this RFP will enter into Franklin County’s standard form contract with the Board of Franklin County Commissioners for personal/professional services. Franklin County shall not be obligated to edit its standard form contract to accommodate the catering provider. Prior to submitting a proposal catering providers shall review a copy of Franklin County’s standard form contract to determine whether they can fully comply with the terms and conditions. A copy of said contract is available upon request made to TRAC Center General Manager Tom French or in response to a public records request.
All responses to the RFP must be complete. Submit an original plus two (2) copies, including all supporting materials, to:

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time May 19th, 2017. It is the vendors’ sole responsibility to ensure their written proposals are in the possession of the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office by the aforesaid date and time. All proposals received after the aforesaid date and time will be rejected and returned unopened to the submitter.
